Seeks to fill a permanent, full time position for an experienced residential and commercial Interior Designer / Project Manager.
Responsibilities

• Individual will assist their clients with all facets of their projects
• Meet with clients in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
• Product selections
• Communicate effectively with client, vendors, and team in order to achieve results desired
• On site estimating
• Create and prepare attractive 3D, 2D designs, rendering, and layouts for clients
• Create proposals for clients
• Effectively contract client proposals
• Manage projects ensuring full workflow is followed
• Essentially overseeing their projects from the first point of contact to completion.
• Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
• Local area marketing and networking

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
• Proficient in 2020, Excel, and Microsoft Office software
• Strong creative and communication skills
• Demonstrates ability to execute
• ASID certification beneficial
• Extensive knowledge and experience with floor covering, custom countertops, custom cabinets, kitchen, bathroom, and complete home renovation / remodeling. Hard and Soft Window Treatments knowledge and experience a plus.
