Native Groundworks is currently looking to add a dependable crew member / driver to our team based in Sussex County, Delaware.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing quality work, and is comfortable driving trucks, hauling materials, transporting equipment, and helping keep jobsites running efficiently.

Primary Responsibilities:
– Driving pickup trucks with trailers
– Transporting crew members, materials, and equipment to jobsites
– Picking up supplies, plants, hardscape materials, and tools
– Properly loading, securing, and tying down equipment/materials
– Assisting crew leaders on landscape and hardscape projects

– Drainage solutions
– General landscape construction

Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
– Reliable and punctual
– Willingness to work hard and learn
– Comfortable working outdoors in a physically active environment

Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, or towing trailers is a major plus, but not required.

CDL/DOT certification is not required for this position, though we are always looking for team members who want to grow within the company long-term.
